Napoleons Casino are an important local client with a high level of customer focus, keeping the venue clean is crucial to the comfort of the customer.
To satisfy such a requirement requires and experienced team of cleaners to meet the demand and a management team that supports the process.
As with any entertainment venue the footfall can be significant, meaning that the venue can very easily become untidy and dirty particularly if food is
served as part of a bar service. Drinks can be spilled, food dropped creating plenty of work for cleaning teams working during the opening hours or cleaning up afterwards.
At Napoleons the cleaning includes all areas of the venue, restaurants, seating and lounges, toilets, bar areas, coin machines and other gaming tables.
To do this we introduced multiple cleaners working for 4 hours per day and 7 days per week.
Most importantly in all of our contracts is the feedback from our customer, Napoleon are delighted with our work and our attention to detail something we pride ourselves on whoever the customer is.
